Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Caryn Garriga MD LLC. As a Pediatric Part Time Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
