The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the design and development of private land projects and subdivisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- EIT or PE certification is advantageous.
- Completion of relevant continuing education courses is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a diverse range of land development and subdivision projects across various sectors including Residential, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional.
- Review zoning, subdivision, and land development regulations to ensure compliance for each project.
- Assist Senior Project Designers with necessary design tasks.
- Prepare or support the creation of Sketch Plans, Site Plans, Grading Plans, and Utility Profiles, with a solid understanding of stormwater management and erosion & sedimentation design.
- Compile Subdivision and Land Development Plan packages, reports, and submissions, working independently on smaller projects or collaboratively with a Senior Designer on larger ones.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Hydroflow stormwater design software effectively, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Engage regularly with project managers and team members to align on project goals, schedules, and updates.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project status and timelines for assigned tasks.
- Exhibit strong time management abilities.
