Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality welding operations using various techniques, including FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW, and Carbon Arc welding.
  • Interpret engineered drawings and follow red-line processes to ensure accurate and efficient welding operations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair consumable failures, such as spring liners and tip nozzle insulators.
  • Mentor and advise junior welders and fabricators to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and peers to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and conduct daily housekeeping/5S audits to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in welding operations, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
