Staffmark Group is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in the Bulls Gap, TN area. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products in a team-based environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a phenomenal company specializing in outdoor residential products.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using hand and power tools
- Utilize in-line assembly equipment, including scales, strappers, wrappers, and labelers
- Create packaging to specifications
- Perform quality checks
- Complete production paperwork
- Meet production rate requirements of in-line kitting cells
- Report maintenance or troubleshooting problems to the supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated safe work habits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for 12 hours
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
