Salary Range

The base salary range for this role is $203,100 - $238,900 for US employees and CAD 184,800 - 217,400 for Canadian employees. This is in addition to equity (stock options) and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

You will be working closely with designers, product leaders, and other engineers to build platform-wide features that solve cross-cutting customer pain points. As part of this role, you will feel a strong sense of product ownership and actively seek responsibility, self-organizing on small/medium projects as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for a product-minded technical leader with 5+ years of software development experience, who has made large/complex architectural decisions in the past. You should be able to clearly articulate your technical opinions and lay out tradeoffs. Additionally, you should have experience building and scaling new products for customers, and be comfortable driving discussions in areas with ambiguous ownership.
