We're looking for a skilled Product Engineer to join our team at Ashby. Our Approach

We're building a team of kind, collaborative folks who put effort into diversity and create opportunities for underrepresented groups. We prioritize clear and concise communication, focusing time, and leveraging technology to increase efficiency without relying on team size.

  • Designing and developing automated solutions to complex problems
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis
  • Experience with full-stack development and automation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for building high-quality software and driving innovation
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $160K - $260K
  • Generous equity package
  • 10-year exercise window for stock options
  • Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year
  • 12 weeks of fully paid family leave in the US
