Job Description:

The Clinical RN Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. This leadership position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team of Registered Nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s)
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure
  • Two years of RN experience, with experience in area of specialty may be required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
