Job Summary

Skillwork is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment and replacing worn parts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
  • Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to pull wire and bend conduit
