Key Responsibilities of a Procurement Specialist:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Building and maintaining robust relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers
  • Possessing a strong understanding of Incoterms and the nuances of international logistics
  • Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Assessing products and suppliers against established criteria to ensure quality and value
  • Negotiating favorable purchase terms and conditions to benefit the organization
  • Issuing purchase orders and formal agreements with precision
  • Monitoring supplier performance and proactively addressing any issues
  • Conducting inspections to ensure the quality of procured items meets company standards
  • Assisting senior management in developing effective sourcing strategies
  • Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate procurement records
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards

Fluency in Korean is considered an asset.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement is required.

Strong Excel skills are essential for success in this role.
