Job Description

Lead Service Line Replacement Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a highly experienced Lead Service Line Replacement Project Manager to support the execution of nationwide programs to inventory and replace lead service lines across various municipalities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of lead service line related activities, including the development of service line inventories, community engagement plans, LSL replacement plans, and SRF funding applications with active involvement from the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies, municipalities, utilities, contractors, and community groups.
  • Mentor and develop local teams to support the lead service line programs. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in the water-related field.
  • 4 years experience with lead service line replacement projects + programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with client relationships.
  • Experience with public speaking and advocacy.
  • Experience with water infrastructure regulations and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
