Job Title: Organizational Governance Manager

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Council (CPMC), you will play a critical role in setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage activities to prepare quarterly CAO/COO Book of Work attestation template documents for each organization using the Tool and monitor adherence to requirements post submission
  • Partner with CPMC leads to create Org PMO taskforce materials for monthly meetings with 65+ participants
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new Org PMOs as identified
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships with currently 19 Organization PMO Leads and teams
  • Participate in requirements definition, PTS UAT testing, and implementation of new processes as needed
  • Help to identify themes and improvement opportunities across Org PMO Governance BAU processes
  • Maintain the Org PMO Governance SharePoint site
  • Assist in providing process evidence for internal/external audits
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program governance, preferably within financial services
  • Track record of exceptional performance
  • Prior experience in partnering across virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
  • Team player possessing an ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Comfortable utilizing MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Project and Program Management Policy and Standards preferred but not required
