Descripción del Trabajo
Función Principal del Puesto
Alcanzar los objetivos de rendimiento del equipo para la Producción, que incluirán: eficiencia, FPY, precisión de horas, desperdicio, precisión de tiempo perdido, precisión de DHR y conteo cíclico de primera pasada. .
Roles y Responsabilidades
Realizar análisis de causa raíz de manera independiente. Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua e implementar cambios con orientación. Aprender y volverse competente en SAP y Agile (incluyendo la generación de ECOs y desviaciones). Revisar/aprobar ECOs, evaluar el impacto en la fabricación y utilizar Microsoft Office y sistemas MRP para la elaboración de informes de datos. Comprender los sistemas de calidad y asegurar el cumplimiento durante auditorías internas/externas. Participar en proyectos interfuncionales, coordinando tareas con cierta supervisión. Planificar tareas individuales, utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos y crear planes de implementación de tareas con dirección. Analizar y presentar métricas de fabricación y calidad, escalando cuando sea necesario. Establecer y comunicar objetivos con cierta mentoría, alineando los objetivos del equipo con los objetivos corporativos y reconociendo el rendimiento excepcional. Identificar y escalar conflictos con mentoría, aprendiendo a detectar indicadores tempranos. Identificar líderes de equipo, crear planes de desarrollo con mentoría y establecer objetivos individuales efectivos. Tomar decisiones eficientes con mínima supervisión, comprendiendo las razones y prioridades detrás de los proyectos. Mitigar riesgos revisando lecciones aprendidas y proyectos similares. Asesorar a colegas y liderar equipos de proyecto, ejecutar mejoras y presentar de manera efectiva a la dirección.Calificaciones
Requisitos de Habilidades/Trabajo
Título universitario mínimo en Ingeniería Mecánica/Eléctrica o un campo relacionado; o experiencia equivalente. Conocimiento básico del ciclo PDCA y otras herramientas avanzadas de mejora continua. Capacidad para implementar visualizaciones, 5s, TPM, Kanban, CI y COMMWIP con mínima orientación. Conocimiento práctico de Lean Manufacturing, DFT y 6 Sigma. Familiaridad con la suite de programas de Microsoft Office y sistemas MRP (SAP es preferido). Experiencia comprobada en gestión de personas, resolución de conflictos y gestión de riesgos. Experiencia en investigaciones de no conformidades y ECOs. Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos es preferida, específicamente en el área de fabricación de instrumentos de alto volumen. Experiencia con Introducciones de Nuevos Productos es preferida. Experiencia en Agile es preferida. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, incluyendo instrucción escrita y verbal.
