Key Responsibilities of the Lead Infant Educator:
- Establish a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and thrive.
- Utilize a growth mindset to cultivate young minds and ignite a love for learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a manner that aligns with the individual needs of each child.
- Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere where children can explore and learn.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various channels.
- Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant environment where play and learning occur seamlessly.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.
- Required: High School Diploma/GED; College coursework in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.
- Must complete SIDS training within the first two months of employment.
- Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Job bonus of $250.
