Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and attention to each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment that reflects the love of Christ.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote holistic growth, addressing cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, daily routines, and developmental milestones.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols, ensuring a healthy and stimulating environment for our infants and toddlers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, working specifically with infants.
  • A heart committed to the values and principles of Christian care and education.
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid, or the willingness to obtain them upon hire.
  • Strong team players who demonstrate patience, respectfulness, integrity, and self-control.
