This position entails the gathering, assessment, and interpretation of information, along with the formulation of effective solutions to challenges encountered within U.S. Navy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate pertinent data, which may encompass annual financials, workforce metrics, or budgetary allocations, to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews with management and staff while observing operational workflows to derive insights into organizational dynamics and obstacles.
  • Devise solutions to issues identified through thorough analysis, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Comprehend the organization’s structure, its interactions with other governmental bodies, and its internal culture to deliver well-informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and resolve mathematical models to aid in analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in formulating recommendations by aggregating data relevant to design specifications and materials related to specific equipment or component parts.
  • Support the compilation of information regarding past operational failures and modifications, utilizing judgment and initiative to identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and seeking clarification as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in management within engineering/science, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Proven experience in the collection, assessment, and interpretation of information to provide recommendations to governmental entities.
  • Significant experience related to U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
