About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Planner to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our Environmental Planning and Permitting (EPP) group, you will be responsible for leading environmental planning projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental planning projects, including leadership of technical teams and ensuring cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership in the preparation of NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA environmental documents.
  • Assemble federal and state permit applications packages to support project implementation.
  • Develop innovative and progressive project solutions.
  • Lead proposal development and anticipate, track, and obtain new task orders from existing clients.
  • Provide advice, mentor, and enhance the professional development of other team members.
