Staff Pharmacist Role

We're seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on immunization and patient care. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Maintain high standards of pharmacy practice, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality assurance protocols.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure compliance within your pharmacy.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns.
  • Personnel Management: Lead and develop your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of your pharmacy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent loss and ensure the security of pharmacy assets.
  • Workflow Management: Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
