About the Role

As a Team Leader at Prime Healthcare, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader - Mental Health Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the Enhanced Outpatient Team and Early Intervention Support Services Team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Provide assessment, consultation, and counseling services to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources, providing linkage and referral services to support our patients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with evidenced-based practices in mental health treatment and educate staff on integrated treatment approaches.
  • Provide care to adult consumers, prioritizing their unique needs and circumstances.

Requirements

  • 3 years of previous experience in counseling or a related field, with a focus on working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC) and previous supervisory experience.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
  • Supervisory Certificate per Licensing Standards and a valid Driver's License.
