Responsibilities

The Team Leader will supervise the Enhanced Outpatient Team and Early Intervention Support Services Team, providing assessment, consultation, and counseling to individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This role will also involve networking with community resources, providing linkage and referral, and educating staff on integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in counseling or a related field, working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC)
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
