Job Overview

Collabera is a leading Global Digital Solutions Company providing Software Engineering Solutions for the world's most tech-forward organizations. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Lab Technician to join our Complaint Investigations team.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Various locations worldwide

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating returned products to resolve customer complaints regarding their blood glucose meters, strips & sensors. This will involve unpacking boxes safely, sorting products accordingly, and using troubleshooting equipment like multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes, etc. to complete the investigation.

You will also document complaint investigations in the Complaint Handling System and perform routine maintenance on individual quality records. Additionally, you will ensure that equipment used for testing is within validity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills to navigate Internet programs used
  • BASIC MS Office skills
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Experience in Medical Device / Biotech Industry with a Technical Background preferred
  • Knowledge of Electronic Troubleshooting preferred
  • Ability to work in a team setting a plus
