We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Northwest Medical Center Houghton. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and effectively operating the OR department on assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the activities of licensed and non-licensed caregivers and support staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Use established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of team members.
- Ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
- Perform duties in the nursing capacity as needed and are qualified.
- ADN or Diploma in Nursing program required. BSN preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in specialty area preferred - OR experienced required.
- One (1) year in supervisory capacity.
- Current Arizona RN license or compact state license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS, ACLS.
