Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to fill this Clinical Nurse Leader position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and leadership skills. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and operating the CVICU unit on assigned shifts
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Leading and directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed caregivers and support staff
- Using established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of caregivers and support staff
As a Clinical Nurse Leader RN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing patient care and education to patients and families
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
To be considered for this Clinical Nurse Leader RN position, you must have:
- A current Arizona RN license or compact state license
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS certification
- At least two years of experience in critical care and leadership
