Fundraising Manager

iMiracleProject is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies, humanitarian aid, and resources to the people of Ukraine. We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Manager to oversee our fundraising strategy and operations.

• Coordinate online and offline fundraising initiatives, meetings, and volunteers.
• Oversee fundraising daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Research fundraising opportunities and assign tasks to volunteers.
• Create a fundraising calendar and communicate all tasks and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Oversee the organization's fundraising projects, schedule, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Attend weekly team meetings over Zoom.

• Native English speaker.
• 2-year experience in fundraising and preferably in event management (offline and/or online fundraising events).
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

We collect funds and in-kind donations to provide vital supplies, food, clothing, and medical supplies through our trusted coordinators in and near the war zone in Ukraine. We also assist refugees on the move inside and outside Ukraine and assist those who have made it to the Puget Sound area.

We have collected over $2M in cash and in-kind contributions and helped over 50,000 Ukrainian war victims since March 2022.
