Plasma Collection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plasma Collection Specialist to join our team at Biolife Plasma Services. As a Plasma Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting plasma from donors while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation.
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift materials up to 32 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for short-term incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
