Biolife Plasma Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plasma Collector to join our team. As a Plasma Collector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality standards while collecting plasma from donors.
Job Responsibilities:- Meet daily donors and collect high-quality plasma in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure donor safety and well-being.
- Record vital signs and finger stick results accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fine motor coordination and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for short-term incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
