Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Customers: Ensure that customers receive correct, complete orders within service time goals, adhering to our Customer Service Standards and Priority Guidelines.
  • Product Quality: Prepare and serve high-quality products as described in our Orientation and Training Handbook and as shown on job station helpers.
  • Restaurant Image: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our standards for restaurant image and local health department regulations.
  • Cash Management: Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
  • Colleague Development: Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to colleagues to ensure job duties are performed and all Little Caesar standards, procedures, and policies are achieved.
  • Shift Activities: Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance with food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls.
  • Daily Paperwork: Complete all daily paperwork neatly and accurately as described in our Operational Resource Guide (ORG) or as directed by management.
  • Restaurant Operations: Follow all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant, handle unexpected occurrences, and notify appropriate parties in a timely fashion.

Nature and Scope:

The Assistant Manager receives direction and training from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager, the Assistant Manager 4-week Training Plan, and other Little Caesars training materials and classes. They are responsible for supervising other colleagues and providing adult supervision to colleagues less than 18 years of age.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Dependability and Work Ethic: Be dependable, hard working, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
