Your primary responsibility will be to support operations, projects, programs, and service delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business line leaders and COEs to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HR operations and service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in state and federal laws and government and regulatory reporting requirements related to HR.
  • Experience in the development, interpretation, and application of human resources policies, practices, and programs.
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS preferred.
