Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are a customer-obsessed, innovative, and dynamic retail company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a sales-focused culture and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute in-store business and sales strategies in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding the store team and yourself accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Control payroll and supply budget, and perform basic operational activities such as scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, and opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, operating procedures, and controls, and conduct associate training to reinforce proper controls.
  • Administer operational processes, including inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment of floor merchandise levels, and execution and preparation of physical inventories.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership qualities, training, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
  • Able to communicate with customers and staff
