We are seeking a Clinical Specialist - Behavioral Support to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide services in residential, vocational, or in-home settings, providing invaluable support to the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality Services: Ensure that support plans and services adhere to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assessment and Planning: Complete structured assessment interviews with parents/care providers, conduct observations, and review social history information to develop effective behavior support plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document progress and activity, review records and logs, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain healthy and professional relationships with individuals, families, and guardians, and implement the company's Customer Service Standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Report any instance of alleged abuse or neglect according to internal and external standards.
  • Training and Support: Support and train staff in implementing Individual Support Plans and conduct classes and orientations as assigned.
  • Community Integration: Assist individuals in exercising their rights, participating in socialization and behavioral development, and engaging in recreational activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a human services field.
  • Experience: Two years of related experience.
  • Training and Certification: Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment as required by state or program funder.
  • Skills and Abilities: Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others, commitment to the company's mission and values, and current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.
