Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manure Lead Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of manure operations, including equipment maintenance and repair, manure hauling, and coordination with the shop and crop crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the manure hauling team to ensure timely and efficient manure removal and application
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment life
  • Collaborate with the shop and crop crew to maintain equipment, grow and raise high-quality crops
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of manure hauling, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manure management processes and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manure operations, equipment maintenance, and repair
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
