About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Bento Asian Kitchen and Sushi. As a key member of our FOH team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our touch-sensitive POS and Expo tablet efficiently, and contributing to the smooth running of our restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate our point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with ordering and respond to their queries in a positive and efficient manner
  • Take orders in person, over the phone, and through our delivery tablets
  • Bus tables, run food, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve our goals and objectives
