Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants, recognizing developmental stages, and providing support to maximize infant developmental outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform neonatal assessments and provide appropriate interventions
- Recognize and respond promptly to acute changes in neonate/infant condition
- Provide support and teaching to the family unit
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
- At least one year of NICU RN experience preferred
