The Job
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Product Manager to join our IT Products team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for building products that reduce the administrative burden faced by IT administrators. Our current products include Device Management, Inventory Management, and Identity & Access Management.

In this role, you will own the development and launch of a brand-new product and business. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver a successful product strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through a simple, intuitive customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that meets customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch a product that wins in the market
  • Drive customer satisfaction through a positive user experience
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with our leadership principles, particularly Go and See and Are Right, a Lot
Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $141,000 - $246,750 USD per year.
