Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team at United Smart Tech. As a Computer Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that computer systems run smoothly for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing both hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
  • Provide timely solutions to technical issues faced by customers.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in a simple, non-technical manner.
  • Offer recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven technical, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with repair of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+ Certification.
  • Wise Certification.
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
