We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team at RepairSmith, Inc. as a Mobile Mechanic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance services at our customers' homes or offices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance services within the scope of work, excluding complex repairs such as engine teardown.
- Diagnose and assess vehicle issues, and either perform repairs or sublet to partner shops as needed.
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard, and that customers are satisfied with the work performed.
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
- Work collaboratively with our team to solve technical problems and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent professional automotive repair experience.
- ASE certifications and/or technical school education preferred.
- Knowledge of repair shop software and the ability to use it effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
