Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
  • Collect trash, recycling, and soiled linen from units and dispose of them properly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, including policing grounds.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
