We are seeking a skilled Vascular Surgeon to join our multi-specialty surgical group in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley regions.
Position Details:
- As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will work under our group and have the flexibility to schedule your clinic and OR days.
- You will be responsible for a mix of Vascular and General Surgery cases.
- Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Our call schedule is 1 in 3, with negotiable terms for group and ER calls.
- You must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery.
- We offer a competitive income guarantee of $350K in the first year, plus a productivity bonus based on collections.
- From year two onwards, you will receive productivity-based compensation, up to 70% of collections after expenses.
- You will have autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.

Our physician-led surgical group, MCM & Associates LLC, was founded by Anthony S. Oh, M.D., who has been practicing in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for over twenty years. We have two clinic offices located in Montclair and Covina, and we support hospitals in the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. We provide excellent surgical care and customer service in a compassionate, reassuring environment, utilizing the latest technologies suited for surgical needs.
