We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Kohner Properties. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our community grounds and common areas.

• Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify areas that require attention and take corrective action as needed.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and restrooms, according to company standards.
• Perform "trash out" duties at vacated apartments or storage facilities as assigned by the manager.
• Assist with snow removal and other emergency situations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years of related work experience and/or training.
• Ability to work well without supervision and take verbal or written direction.
• Knowledgeable in the use of various cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and follow safety protocols.

This position requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. The employee must be able to wear back support belt as needed and steel-toed shoes. The employee must also be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of various equipment and tools.
