Job Summary

The Janitor is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, community grounds, and vacant apartments within the property. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and restrooms
  • Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds
  • Clean and maintain vacant apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
  • Assist with snow removal and other emergency situations
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The Janitor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical demands. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
