Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician, Mid to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Engineering Technician, Mid, you will assist in the assembly and fabrication of electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment. You will operate mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling. You will apply specific functional knowledge, working and general industry knowledge to assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. You will work under general supervision and may provide guidance for less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment.
- Operate mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling.
- Apply specific functional knowledge, working and general industry knowledge to assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Work under general supervision and may provide guidance for less experienced team members.
- 1+ year of experience with industrial operations support.
- Knowledge of logistics requirements.
- Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Forklift Certification.
- Crane Certification.

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
Work ModelOur people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
