As a Registered Pharmacist, your primary duties will involve delivering prompt, effective, and courteous service to our customers. You will be responsible for processing and validating prescriptions, providing patient consultations, and managing pharmacy inventory.
  • Deliver timely, efficient, and friendly service, demonstrating care and patience in all customer interactions.
  • Welcome customers warmly, remember their names, and assist them in locating products.
  • Respond to phone inquiries swiftly and provide helpful assistance.
  • Aid in inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to the training and development of pharmacy staff.
  • Accurately fill and verify prescriptions in accordance with legal standards.
  • Engage in promotional activities and community outreach.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to security protocols.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the pharmacy manager.
  • Ensure that customer service remains prompt and courteous.
  • Communicate effectively with the pharmacy manager regarding any operational changes or concerns.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance wellness and pharmacy services.
  • Assist in various store functions as required.

Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex situations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A college degree and valid pharmacy license are mandatory.
  • Ongoing education is required to maintain licensure.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is beneficial.
  • Certification to administer immunizations is essential.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift weights, perform various physical tasks, and possess visual and auditory capabilities.
