We are looking for a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d) whose commitment and attention to detail are the basis for us to meet even the highest customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities
  • Processing of internal and external goods receipts and shipments
  • Preparation of delivery, customs, and air freight documents
  • Monitoring and organization of warehouse orders and customer requirements
  • Recording of relevant data in the internal system and databases
  • Ensuring complete documentation of operational processes and office tasks, such as supporting invoice creation, KPI reporting, or handling complaints
  • Key user for controlling and troubleshooting an automated guided vehicle system (AGV)
Your Skills
  • Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP desirable
  • Independent and structured way of working, as well as willingness and flexibility
  • High level of commitment and good communication skills
  • Good German and English skills
