We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Rivermont Schools. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and supervise behavioral interventions, including positive behavioral supports and functional analysis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
