Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise behavioral interventions, including positive behavioral supports and functional analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology.
