Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized diet plans for patients with nutritional concerns
  • Provide education and training on current dietary guidelines and nutrition-related topics
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Director to approve menus and portion sizes for effective diet therapy programs
  • Act as a resource on current nutritional information to therapists and staff
  • Provide in-service educational services to staff

Requirements

  • Two-year degree in Nutrition
  • Appropriate state licensure
