About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team at Ascentria Care Alliance. As a Personal Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with daily living tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and transfer services, ensuring client safety and comfort

Requirements
