The Healthcare Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and assistance to patients visiting our Alternative Treatment Center. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide eligible patients and caregivers in acquiring their cannabis or cannabis-infused products.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills.
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the center, ensuring adherence to operational policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations concerning retail operations and product dispensing.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing center.
- Adhere to cleanliness standards and safety guidelines for product handling.
- Provide a transformative experience for patients by assisting them in selecting the most suitable products.
- Safeguard the center's security, including cash handling and asset protection.
