Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide eligible patients and caregivers in acquiring their cannabis or cannabis-infused products.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills.
  • Support the opening and closing procedures of the center, ensuring adherence to operational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations concerning retail operations and product dispensing.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing center.
  • Adhere to cleanliness standards and safety guidelines for product handling.
  • Provide a transformative experience for patients by assisting them in selecting the most suitable products.
  • Safeguard the center's security, including cash handling and asset protection.

Compensation and Benefits:
