About the RoleThe Flight Training Ambassador will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, supporting student recruitment, and driving business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Support student recruitment efforts through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
- Work closely with our leadership to set goals, objectives, and KPIs.
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including medical insurance, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, paid professional development and continuous learning programs, PTO, paid holidays (9 days including Super Bowl Monday), flight/pilot training benefits, and more.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or similar environments.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple demands.
