Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly internal team meetings to align on tasks and projects
  • Collaborate with team lead to manage client expectations and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain system-related documentation, including business requirements, process flows, data maps, and configuration worksheets
  • Create and implement out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions that meet customer needs
  • Design and optimize business processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Develop reports and dashboards as needed to provide insights and visibility
  • Complete declarative development tasks with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Maintain current certifications, such as the Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered
  • Provide detailed estimates on Salesforce projects, tasks, and level of effort for builds
Requirements
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably in a Salesforce environment
  • Proven ability to design, optimize business processes, and build robust solutions on Salesforce
  • Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange products
  • Configuration experience using the Salesforce drag-and-drop capabilities
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and VisualForce
  • Conversational about programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Expert knowledge with Salesforce data loader for data migration activities
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and useful Excel formulas, such as v-lookup
  • Ability to research complex problems and find potential solutions
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certification required
  • Strong background in business analysis
  • CPQ knowledge is preferable
