Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description

The Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the procurement of products and materials on behalf of the organization. This role requires excellent administrative skills, including data entry and management expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office Suite and office equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create purchase orders as requested by the company
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a consistent supply of necessary products
  • Order and distribute supplies across various departments within the company
  • Update and maintain the purchasing database (AX)
  • Field phone calls from the Sales team regarding equipment needs
  • Update and maintain builder reports, extended warranty logs, and equipment inventory
  • Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; previous experience in data entry and management is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry and management principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of day-to-day activities
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Age 18 or older
  • Cleared background check and drug screen
