Cook III - Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cook III to join our team at Quest Food Management Services LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items during service, following Quest standards. Your duties will include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning. You will also assist customers and maintain a consistent and professional line presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present menu items during service, following Quest standards
• Assist in bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning
• Assist customers and maintain a consistent and professional line presence
• Work on at least three concept stations
• Assist chef/manager in placing orders with vendors, creating cleaning and production checklists, and creating new menu items and recipes
• Assist in training Cook I and II
